“This company is amazing. They are kind, courteous, timely and professional. Our pipes froze in the home we had just bought, and when we woke up early in the a.m., we had no water. Ackerman returned our message promptly, and got someone out and in a short period of time, too. All tradesmen, especially plumbers, seem to run a pretty tight schedule, so this was a Godsend to have someone out the same day, let alone the same morning. Jeff and his apprentice came out, assessed and fixed the problem quickly, answered questions, gave us some helpful tips, and were just all-around courteous, hard-working professional guys. Immediately got the impression that Jeff knows his stuff, and could handle whatever the situation called for. I believe that they were very reasonably priced as well. Couldn't ask for a better outcome to a stressful situation!”
