I needed transitions glasses my previous pair has them. They refused to send the billing information to my insurance that had been previously done before for a medical condition I have. they wouldn't tell me why they wouldn't send them the information and pretty much called me a liar that my insurance doesn't pay for it. Not the workers fault it's the stupid billing department that sucks and won't communicate with health insurance companies for medical conditions that someone might have to get the add-ons covered when the insurance company agrees to it in writing.

My husband and I are both patients and have been happy with our care, so I brought my 3 and 5 year old children in for screenings also. I was impressed with the patience and caring attitude exhibited by both Dr. Westberg and Dr. Keller in examining my kids - dilating toddlers can’t be easy, but they made it work!

Lacking customer service. It’s winter. Missed appointment by 5 minutes and they refused to take the time. Refused to understand we live in Minnesota and the fact that snow makes it hard to make it to appointments on time. Thanks for wasting my time my gas. Even after I called to tell them I was on my way. We will not be back due to extremely bad service.
