My experience with this tax professional was extremely disappointing. I found them to be unusually rude and dismissive, more so than anyone I’ve dealt with in a professional setting. They repeatedly refused to return my calls and ignored multiple requests for copies of my own documents, which is completely unacceptable. After hearing similar stories from others, I can unfortunately say my experience is not surprising.
I strongly advise anyone considering this person for tax services to look elsewhere. Professionalism, communication, and basic respect were all severely lacking.
I had a disappointing experience with this accountant office. The staff was consistently rude, communication was lacking, efficiency was notably low, and the prices were unreasonably high for the poor quality of work.Overall, not a service I would recommend.
Excellent, friendly and professional service. Dennis found a few errors previous tax preparers had made, corrected them with an amended return an I got an additional refund. You just can't beat that! Dana in the front office is very efficient and friendly.
