Do NOT look anywhere else! Ken installed an air conditioner at our home in 2006 and 19 years later-it is still running! He also installed a water heater and furnace in 2023 and we have had no issues. On top of performing regular maintenance for me every year or two, I have summoned Ken for a couple of furnace emergencies (including one recently that was late on a Sunday) that turned out to be nothing.
