This is the best location in the entire area, hands down. The negative reviews are from ppl who don't know how to tie their shoe let alone schedule an online haircut through an app that is as basic as it gets. The people that work here are wonderful. If you don't like the way your hair turned out- maybe you should book an appointment with a salon and pay $60- $200 for a haircut. Get real

I had my haircut on 2/14/25, the customer service was great. I checked in online before I left home and was called back right when I got there. I showed her a pic of my short hair months ago saying I wanted that again but just a smidge shorter in the front so I could style it better. It was going good until I said I wanted just a little bit more off the front but not too much, she instantly took another 1 inch off of the back and started going to the front, I didn’t know what to say so I didn’t say anything because she already did it and now she needed to even it out. Great Clips gets a lot of hate - but honestly this location does a pretty dang good job. They have a solid set of stylists who have been there for a while so they know what they are doing. Have been going here for years and will continue to do so!
