I called and had someone here within 2 hours. Ed was very kind and professional. Had the problem fixed within a very short time, explained to me what he did, I paid him and he was on his way to the next call. Very efficient and respectful. I was able to get an appt within a day or two to troubleshoot the old garage door and get a new motor installed. He even came the next day after I screwed up the programming a week after install. Highly recommend.

Spectacular customer service; they responded quickly even though we said it wasn't an urgent matter. Appreciated that the gentleman was able to fix the issue on the spot and did not try and upsell a new system. A&J will be my first call for help and highly recommend this company for garage door issues.
