If you are commercial, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They say they can do work but they play games with actually sending a technician. They wasted a good amount of time for me. I'm pretty sure all the other reviews, especially the 5 star ones, are fake.

Missed scheduled day/time, missed the rescheduled day/time. All attempts to follow up were sent to an answering service that would ‘have the tech’ call you or ‘have a supervisor’ call you. No call backs were received and they hung up each time I called back in an attempt to cancel service. Absolute waste of time and unprofessional. As mentioned in a previous review, pricing changed for a trip to ‘estimate’ the job and then another charge to do the job (no originally mentioned). The agreement was for a flat rate to do the job in one trip.

We had a small metal chimney pipe we wanted removed from the ceiling and roof. They charged over $1000 and it didn't include patching the ceiling. The patch in the ceiling and roof was about 1' x 1' and took them less than half a day of work. When a handyman quotes a job, I expect the job to be complete once they are finished and not leave a hole in the ceiling -- especially for that price. When I had initially called, they had told me they operate on a "time and materials" basis which did not turn out to be the case.
