Our family visited both offices (Maple Grove and Apple Valley) due to a mild case of lice with the kids. Staff are kind and professional and make it comfortable for the kids. The reason for the 3 star review is that rates and fees as listed are deceptive and we were overcharged. They add a 20% “gratuity” to everything, including retail items such as the lice comb that they force you to purchase if you get the treatment program. When

They are awesome! So great to work with, and it was a huge stress relief for me! Even with a big family they made it easy to accommodate many checks/treatments at one time. Great location as well with perfect amenities for families. All staff friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Lice Lady has saved me so much time and stress! Well worth it! Don’t waste your time trying to treat it yourself. Come here!
