We had our AC replaced a couple years ago after calling for service on it. They didn't beat around the bush and try to repair our old one and helped us get all the rebates. We have called a couple times for service since then and they have walked us through basic troubleshooting before just rushing out to charge us money. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work.
