My name is Brenda, I’m a registered nurse and I work at Comfort Keepers of Osseo/Maple Grove. My transition from a hospital setting to a home care agency that cares for seniors has been both challenging and extremely rewarding. Over the last four years I have been fortunate enough to meet many wonderful seniors that have commented on how grateful they are for the services we can offer so they are able to stay in their homes. I work with over 60 caregivers that demonstrate respect and compassion toward their clients daily. Families and clients send us testimonials that state their loved ones appreciate the kindness and high level of skill our caregivers demonstrate. I’m truly blessed to have found a company in which I am surrounded by a team of leaders that not only teach but utilize Comfort Keepers values of respect, trust, honesty and integrity when establishing new relationships with the seniors in our community and when coaching caregivers.
I began working with Comfort Keepers as a Caregiver in 2010. January of 2018 I joined the amazing office staff at the Osseo location. I miss working with the clients and bringing joy to their lives, but as a Care Coordinator I still strive to bring joy by finding the right caregiver for the client, because it is such an important piece to my Care Coordinator Position. I look forward each day to work with this amazing office team, and look forward to communicating with our amazing and hard working caregivers!
I started as a caregiver with the Osseo office in November 2016. I moved into working in the office in February 2017. Everyone from the caregivers to the office staff and owner are so wonderful to work with. I can tell that behind the scenes, every single decision is made with compassion, love and what is in the best interest of our clients and staff. Highly recommend working with our team!
