Great variety of exercises on a daily basis. A good combo of strength and cardio. Some sessions are really busy but there are plenty of time options available. When you come in they say your name and smile. I’m terrible and I forget names. I’ll learn them though!

I started at Burn two years ago at the AV location, and after moving to Maple Grove, I was nervous about starting over. Fast forward 45 days, and I can confidently say the community here is just as amazing! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the coaches are incredible — they meet you where you are and know exactly when to push you to be your best. If you’ve been thinking about trying Burn, do it! You won’t regret it. ??
