I hate to sound like a negative Nancy or a Karen, but it’s been 3 weeks since my cardboard has been picked up. Normally I wouldn’t care, but I have boxes starting to take up place in my kitchen. I know it’s a minor problem to have in life, but I pay for this service and haven’t received that last two times I put my cardboard bin out it’s been left full.
I pay for a large garbage can when all I need is the smallest size and only because that size isn't offered in my area. I use WM for two of my residences and there is no discount either.
Why does our garbage can get put on the other side of the road when it is emptied? We live in the country and we put the can on the end of our driveway. After pickup it’s put on the other side of our county road we’re there isn’t even a shoulder or an approach.
