Amazing experience thanks to there entire team. As I waited in the lobby the three staff in the front were so kind and friendly. Told them about my horrible Target Optical experience and they ensured I left with everything I needed. Beyond kind and wonderful workers. Made me a Shopko Optical user for life :)
I found the perfect location to get glasses and to especially get them adjusted! Steve is a master at making sure my glasses fit perfectly. It is worth the drive to go to this optical store.
Booked my appointment online and so happy that I did. I arrived at Shopko was greeted and quickly served. I have to say I love the optic images and technology that they offer.Dr. Christina Nguyen was warm and welcoming. Answered all my questions and was very efficient. Was extremely knowledgeable.Shelley was fabulous! She helped me maximize my benefits and had the best sense of humor!I'll be back again.I highly recommend.
