Don’t know what’s up with the bad reviews, customer service is excellent, they are always quick to respond. and the products are solid and probably the best prices out of all my suppliers. Definitely grateful for finding this company.
I bought 2 trees for outside. The spike that goes into the ground broke on one of them. I told them I would like to order a new part and that I would pay for it. I wasn't quite sure that the tree was defective, maybe I tried pushing it in ground that was too hard! Anyway, the customer service rep was very kind and said they would just send me a new part. Well the new part was different when I got it, it didnt fit, so the company sent me a new tree. I thought that was very generous. They really stand behind their products. Also the customer service man that I dealt with was very helpful and kept me informed about what was going on at their end.
