I had a much-needed haircut and color today at Shear Effects and Tonya was awesome! making an appointment was very easy. When I got there I showed her a few pictures and she went right to work. I got EXACTLY what I wanted. She was fun to chat with and by the time I left, I felt like I had been going there for years. Thank you Tonya!
