I called Aldrich because my laptop would not even turn on and when it would, it would not work. I was worried I would have to buy a brand new machine. My laptop was only a few years old. I called them 5 days ago and brought it to them same day. :) Within a couple of days they had it up and working for a fraction of what I would have spent on a new machine plus no hassle of setting everything up.
