From the first phone call to inquire about and schedule carpet cleaning, Mike (owner) was responsive and professional. He confirmed the appointment again the day before, and let me know when he was on his way here the day of the appointment. He knew just by looking at the carpet that it was wool (wool blend) and explained how he would clean it differently than other carpet to reduce any chance of shrinkage. I showed him some spots where fibers had been scratched or snagged by our cat and they were careful around them, doing no further damage. We had two sets of Wicker furniture in our home. I looked at six different cleaning companies, and five said no: The sixth one I called (White Glove Cleaning) had Mike Growch, who said yes, we do. I also asked about Duct cleaning for our home, and Mike said no problem. So him and his son came out on a Saturday, they worked for a few hours, and got everything cleaned, alongside the carpet and mattress. They worked well together and they are not afraid of hard work. Also, on the ductwork, they cleaned the furnace, and the air exchanger. They are a great company. Very happy with both of them, they knew just what to do, and price was okay too.
