I had called to get a quote and see when someone would be able to come out. I told them it wasn’t emergent, but the sooner the better. They told me they could get someone out between 2-5pm today (5.13.22). I was like well it’s not an emergency, and I don’t want to be charged for an emergency call. I had called a couple places one said they could of gotten me in same day between 2-4pm. I decided to book with Appleton. At 10minutes to five I called to see why the tech hasn’t shown up and I hadn’t received any call. We had a problem with A/C and Appleton Heating & Cooling arranged a service call within 24 hours of our contact. The technician that was sent has worked on our A/C a few times and he's always very thorough and professional. Thanks! I highly recommend them.

Allan and Logan were very thorough while doing my heater maintenance. Considering it was just for maintenance they were here 4/2 hours going through my furnace with a fine-tooth comb. I was informed of a small issue which they explained in great detail and also answered all of my curiosity questions in great detail I would not hesitate to have them performs any HVAC service in the future and I also highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for qualified service technicians. I would give this company five stars.
