Hellekson Heating & Air Conditioning LLC

We contacted Hellekson after hours 2 days before the 4th of July. I figured I would hear back the next day, but shortly after leaving a message Mary texted and confirmed that she would send a tech the next day! We assumed the problem was the blower motor and Mary had Nick come prepared with the replacement part. Unfortunately, it was not the blower motor but Mary was able to be the part (control board) shipped over night. Nick was back the next day to replace the part and get us back up and running with AC before the long holiday weekend! We are incredibly impressed with the services and communication, and will be contacting Hellekson again for all future needs!

I contacted Hellekson Heating and Air with a number of questions when my AC failed, and they got right back to me with all the answers I needed. It felt good to have a useful response instead of the usual salesman talk and runaround. Based on their communication, I feel like this company would be a smart choice.

Dan and his camp did a fantastic job on our house and garage needs. I only used one bid and it was from Dan. The way that Dan verbalized the importance of certain aspects of the heating and cold needs was impactful. You can tell the guy really cares about the industry and the particular needs of the situation. I like the idea that he and his camp are in the Maple River area constantly doing new installations, upgrades, and the preventative maintenance program.
