“My experience with all the staff at Dakota Storage Buildings I had contact with was professional and efficient. I purchased a 10X12' garden shed that was built on site of my small yard. It was the perfect size and built beyond my expectations. Luke Tschetter, my sales contact, was super to work with. He solved all problems & requests and was always available to talk with. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a shed or other bldg.! John ,the bldg. manager ,was a big help to coordinate the building process and transport my vinyl siding to Dakota so Kirby & Paco , the carpenters, could prepare for the wonderful assembly they did. It was amazing how fast & efficient they were and fun to talk to! The shed was much more premium than anticipated. They did a great job for me! Also thank you Shaun for picking up and hauling the vinyl siding all the way back to Milbank SD from Mantorville MN, much appreciated.
The whole shed experience was very positive and enjoyable. It is great to be involved with such customer friendly people who know their business and get the job done. “We had Kopischke Seamless Gutter replace all of our gutters, downspouts, as well as add gutter covers a couple of years ago. They did an excellent job, including hooking up our rain barrel. The gutters look great and function beautifully. We called recently to have one of our extensions lengthened. The rep was out the next day and did the job on the spot, The quick response was much appreciated as we were expecting more rain following a recent 6 inch rain. Excellent customer service!“

Snow removal was always completed very promptly . Our sidewalk,driveway and street were always cleaned very early which works out great .
We have only had a couple of very minor issues with our house and they were taken care of almost immediately with no hassle or delays .
