I hurt my back a year ago and kept thinking that "it'll just get better." Well it didn't....until I came to see Dr Dehen. I had one session and felt a huge difference. I could really tell that he helped me. Dr Dehen and his staff are so friendly and caring. They truly want their patients to get better.

Back to Wellness’s specialized approach to examination, diagnosis and treatment is based on the best available research and clinical evidence, with a particular emphasis on the relationship between the spine and nervous system. Our clinic has a 40 year tradition of effectiveness and patient satisfaction for the residents of the North Mankato/Mankato area. We utilize spinal manipulation and manual therapies, exercise, nutrition and patient education, without drugs or surgery.
