VEES Home Inspections

I HIGHLY recommend going with VEES home inspections. Steve answered the phone right away, and was so friendly and upbeat. He was able to accomodate our very short inspection window we had on a house we put an offer on. During the walkthrough we got to also meet his wife Donna, who is also very friendly. Steve and Donna both were very diligent during this inspection and explained everything so we could understand. They helped us dodge a huge bullet! Will definitely be using them again!! 10/10!!!

We would give VEES 10 stars if we could. Nice, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. The home inspection did not go well (the home not the inspector) and we felt blessed to have hired VEES because they were so detailed and meticulous. It’s a bummer the house didn’t pan out, but we know a really amazing home inspector now so that’s a win in our book! Do NOT hesitate to call VEES if you need an inspection. 10/10 recommended!

May 2022

Worked with Steve on getting a water test done for a FHA mortgage. Steve was easy to work with. When the water test came back and there was a discrepancy with the address formatting Steve had it resolved in half a day and corrected with the report. This guy really cares. He cares about doing things in a timely manor as he knows sometimes when working with mortgage companies there is a time crunch. Thank you Steve!
