Joe Stenger came out on after hours service call to repair my furnace. He was as out n quick fashion and had it repaired within an hour. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
We had service technician Joe at our home today for a routine maintenance call on our furnace. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a couple good suggestions to upgrade to an air cleaner and to get our ducts cleaned. We felt like he was being honest with us. We feel he did a very good job servicing the furnace today and answering all our questions and concerns.
Joe came out the day after we called. He was very professional and friendly. I appreciate that he explained to me everything that was going on and what to ask my LP gas company about.
