We have always had great experiences with Paffy’s Pest Control but today was above and beyond. My dog got into the mouse poison and I called to ask what they recommended. Donna was amazing on the phone, stayed calm, told me the active ingredient, and calmed my nerves by telling me what to do. She asked me to keep her posted but with the crazy day I forgot to call back. Donna called me this afternoon to check on my dog (and me) and see how things went. I couldn’t believe she thought to do that! What amazing service! Thanks for loving my pet like I do, Donna! 🫶🏻
