We had the best experience with Pat! First he helped us find the perfect house, making sure all our wants and needs were met. Then he guided us through every step of the process, answering every question we had. He always communicated back right away and made us feel like we were a priority to him. It was the best experience! I would do it all over again, but I am in love with our new home!!!! I would recommend Pat to anyone and everyone! He is the best!!!

The Sullivan Group was very professional throughout the entire process. There were a lot of issues that came up(no fault of theirs) and they quickly searched other avenues and they were on top of every issue that came up and solved it as quick as possible. The people at the Sullivan Group cared about us like we were family. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy or sell.
