Tech Support Minnesota has handled our 24/7 company's IT needs for the last five plus years in an outstanding manner. We have 100 plus users that felt the customer service was outstanding and each user felt special when making a call or placing a ticket with the help desk. Tech Support MN also handles all our network hardware and software needs. Network up time is near 100%. Tech Support Mn is also very planful on identifying network or hardware needs and is not too pushy when the equipment becomes outdated but gently reminds us on the importance of staying current for security and performance reasons.
