Wow, talk about AMAZING customer service. We had a power outage and our water pressure stopped. I called Hartmann on a Sunday afternoon, because their name is on our tanks in the basement of the house we bought. They answered the phone—asked a few questions and helped us through the issue in a matter of minutes. You don’t get this kind of service now a days.
If you are looking for well or pump service...stop looking. These are the folks. Here's the story: 12:30 am and my tenant calls me to say the water doesn't work at my rental property. To make matters worse, there is no water at my business that is located on the same property. I called Hartmann Well Drilling at 6:30 am and they called back in 20 minutes. By 10:00 am they had the problem fixed. Nice folks that put my mind at ease the moment I talked with them. They are knowledgable, and cared about getting my business up and running and water service back to my tenants and their home. The pricing was reasonable based on all the factors considered.
