I met with four different deck builders, and let me tell you — by the end, I felt like I was on a bad reality show called “Who Wants to Build My Deck?” 😂 Then along came John Franek, the hero of my story. This guy is the real deal — professional, reliable, affordable, and honest (yes, all at once… rare, I know). While the others were still “thinking about it,” John had already sent me a legit quote and a plan that made sense. Efficiency level: legendary. 💥 His crew showed up, worked like deck-building ninjas, and totally crushed it. The final result? We don't know why anybody would use anyone else but John and crew. Never thought we would get jazzed about concrete. Their job is literally a piece of art. His business is like a "well-oiled" machine. John showed up days ahead to form, equipment was dropped off, people showed up, did their jobs excellently, left no mess. Now we know why elders sit in their garages and watch traffic go by!

Our deck was completed last week and it was start to finish, easy process working with John and his team. They did a great job and even our neighbors were commenting on how much attention to detail his team did while completing it. Very competitive pricing and they were great about communicating while on the job. Would recommend John to anyone!
