This was a great experience for a terrible problem!! Our situation was very stressful due to a lot of unknowns. Ben worked with Mike's Septic (also recommend) to help diagnose the issue. Ben was very knowledgeable and transparent. We like to know the absolute worst-case scenario and Ben was very upfront with this. Our issue involved excavation and Ben worked with B&K Excavating (also recommend). Ben coordinated with both Mike's and B&K so we didn't have to add more stress to a tough situation. Overall, we highly recommend Benny's Plumbing.
