The staff, including Penny, Dr. Judson, Dr. Novak, and Dr. Hansen Brown, are pleasant, helpful, and excellent. They are thorough and personable, making patients feel at ease and not rushed. Appointments are prompt. The business is well set up, nice, and professional. Services include fixing sunglasses, routine check ups, and cataract care. The entire staff offers more than competent service, with enthusiastic five star ratings from patients who have been going for years.
After a misunderstanding, I was grateful that Dr. Judson took the time to call me and engage in a meaningful conversation to clear up any confusion. It really meant a great deal to me.
