Top Dog is the best, and we trust them completely with our dog/child. We've used them for 10 days a time, as well as short stay - and while they are pricy, we feel the quality, care, and individual attention is worth it. The only downside is the location, so far out of the cities, but the AMAZING facility makes the drive 100% worth it.

This is a top notch facility with top notch staff. Our dog is always well cared for, welcomed by name when she arrives, and treated well. Our dog eats and sleeps well while there. I appreciate being told who my dog played with and how she acted while we were gone. My impression is that the staff truly love the dogs. It is expensive but it is worth it to not have to worry about our pup when we are gone.

Top Dog is fantastic! It's a little on the pricey side but our dogs love going there. We have a golden retriever and a black lab and they both know that as soon as we turn down the dirt road they're going to the pool for party time. They come back smelling good as well. We've taken them to other places and they come back smelling like they've been at daycare/boarded. That's not the case with Top Dog because the staff takes great care of the dogs. Highly recommended and we always refer people here.

Top Dog Country Club, the "Un-Kennel", is a world-renowned vacation club for dogs, featured on Discovery Channel's Animal Planet, in The New York Times, and on NBC's Today Show. Dogs are cared for by an adult staff averaging 1 staff to every 5-8 dogs in the facility located on 39 acres just 20 minutes west of the Lake Minnetonka area. Guests receive 5-6 hours of group play in 24,000 sq ft fenced play yards with a 34 ft. heated swimming pool open April through November. Dogs stay in suites with stone heated floors, custom made bed frames with upholstered mattresses, music, soft lighting, in a fully air conditioned / air purified facility with 24 hours security / owner on site. We offer daycare, boarding, grooming, training, transportation.
