“I took metronidazole back in May for a infection. It has caused many many neurological issues for me and dissociation/depersonalization.I called to schedule a appointment and was scheduled right away and i got to come in and meet Dr. Josh right away! He is absolutely amazing! He is so kind and understanding and he is the first doctor in 8 months who has believed me that this medication has messed my body and neuro function up. I wanted to cry and hug him because he was the first doctor to believe me. I loved the treatment plan he suggested as well and I felt so comfortable with it. The staff is absolutely amazing and it is a very nice facility. I give them a 5 star for sure! However the down side to the clinic is that they do not accept state insurance. Which really bums me out. I applied for the care credit and was only approved for a small portion of what the doctor recommended I needed done. I thought I could afford the payment plan provided to me. However that was only if I was approved for the full amount with credit care which I was not. I had so much hope after 8 months of living in absolute hell with no signs on relief. I can't afford the payments out of pocket like I thought. Now I have to search for another neuro chiropractor that will hopefully accept my insurance or have a better payment option for low income people. It is hard working as much as you can and being a single parent on one income and needing to rely on assistance. I wish they would accept it. There isn't many options for people in my position and now I am left hopeless again. When will this hell be over ?“
