I could not be happier with the service I received. From the first call to make an appointment, Shannon was wonderful and got me on the schedule quickly. Then Anthony showed up exactly at the appointment time and was kind and courteous. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I asked many questions and he was knowledgeable and explained them so I could understand something that I have little knowledge on. I highly recommend Arctic Mechanical and Anthony as the technician. Thanks for the wonderful service. I will certainly spread the good word!!
Artic mechanical was awesome to work with! Shannon was great to plan with and speak on the phone. Johnny and Ryan (and some others whose names I forget- sorry!) did awesome work on our basement remodel. Reliable, quality work, and great communication! I especially liked their professional recommendations (like adding two heats in the family room to keep us nice and warm in the winter). Would absolutely recommend Artic mechanical! Thanks again for everything!
