Had an absolutely wonderful experience at WAH. I tend to be somewhat of an anxious pet parent and just got my first ever kitten. So as you can imagine I had all the “what if” and “just to be sure” scenarios and questions. Dr. Jackie and Cassidy did such a wonderful job fielding every question I could come up with, educating me and teaching me all the things I needed to know to start off on the right paw with my new kitten! Bonus points too for the incredible photo they got for my cat’s vet profile. It’s good enough to go on the fridge!

Everyone working there was super friendly & the entire atmosphere was clean & inviting. Dr. Smith could sense our little puppy’s nervousness, so he got right down on the floor with him and gave him treats. SoonLoki climbed right in Dr Smith’s lap for his exam!

For the first time going there, they got us in promptly and then they went above and beyond with services. They were very compassionate, which is so important for a four legged family member ❤️
