Excellent service all around! I called and within just 3 hours they were able to schedule me with a 2-hour window. The technician was amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Couldn’t be happier with the experience!
Had a franchise (leaving name out) come clean my sewer drain for my annual cleaning. They claimed there was a block from a drain plug that had slipped down and presented me with an estimate for $6K to cut into my concrete as they would not be able to remove the plug otherwise. Called SOS for a second opinion. They found the plug and were able to flush it out within an hour. Can't recommend them enough!

We have shallow drains in our older home where we need the drain cleared on a regular basis. In the past I used one of the largest national companies to clean our drains, but the service and cost does not even come close to the service and value I receive from SOS.
