I’m a new client and will never repeat this mistake. This firm is highly disorganized, not technologically proficient (appointment postcards via snail mail!), and have pathetic client communication.I’ve contacted multiple people multiple times over several days to get a status report on my tax filing, and they have been non-responsive. They finally called me after they saw this post. So sad.After days of being in limbo, they topped off my mega-negative experience by massively under-projecting my tax liability. Really great firm to work with. We’ve been using them for our farm and personal taxes for 10 years now and have had nothing but great results. Very responsive and professional team. Highly recommend them!
