Very impressed with the work done by Mattson Electric - I had two out buildings wired along with a hot tub. During the project they came and got me multiple times to confirm exactly how I was looking for thing to be done. Highly recommend.
We would recommend Mattson to anyone in the, area and are grateful we chose them. We had another electrician come out to give us an estimate too, but chose Mattson because of the responsiveness, charisma, and level of expertise. This company absolutely went above and beyond our expectations in every way.
I read some reviews that said the company is hard to get ahold of - the opposite was actually true; if I needed anything by text, email, or phone I was always met with a quick and helpful reply. I'm giving 5 stars and they didn't do any work for us. This is why. We had an old garage collapse in the spring and a new one built in the summer. For weeks on end I called and called and left messages and much of the time we got no response at all. Now, at the end of the project when we are ready to wire our brand new garage it's the same thing. I understand that everyone is very busy this time of year but I have been shocked by the lack of professionalism. Mattson Electric called me the very next day and informed me that they are busy through the end of the season. They gave me advice on what to do next and were extremely polite and professional.
