They've been my cat's vet for a couple years now and I can't say enough good things. I recently had to put my beloved cat down and they were such great support. I just received a sympathy card from them signed by the entire staff. Highly recommend taking your fur babies there. 🩷💙🙏🥰
I would give them more stars if I could! When we had to put our dog down. The doctors and staff were beyond accommodating and kind with hugs, understanding and words of comfort. They filled out information in a private room, had us drive up to a separate door, gently walked us through the process and allowed us as much time as we needed. I just received a hand written letter from the whole staff, nose and paw prints of our sweet pup. Thank you for your kindness and empathy, ECV!!!
I had to put my cat down today, which was really hard for me. But i cannot thank the staff enough, they were super kind and helped tremendously on a bad day. I can’t remember her name exactly (it rhymes with Michaela) was so sweet, along with the Dr & nurse. Thank you for being my light on a dark day! ?
