4/5 I was never notified the flowers were delivered. Just received a scathing email from the owner about my note. That she printed and folded and placed in the bouquet, presumably. She could have refused the note but she did not, seems she enjoyed the drama of making me the bad guy.

Really nice environment. Walking in the vibe is great and there is great customer service. A really homey beautiful homestead crunchy mom type place, do recommend.Kelsey is very good at making floral arrangements
