I hired Tollefson to excavate my garage site (on a hill in Duluth) and remove three tree stumps from site. He did a great job, was easy to communicate with, came out an extra time and fixed an error made when marking site (not his error - contractor error), and made sure my back-fill happened before freeze up! He even seeded and put straw over when he was done.
