Zerorez cleaned our office carpets. It's an old low pile commercial grade carpet that is at least 20 years old. I didn't have much hope they would look better; I just wanted them clean. Zerorez recommended a restoration instead of a regular steam clean. I was skeptical but tried it. The carpets look better than they have in 10 years. The deodorizer was a pleasant smell while they dried. The cost was a bit more for the restoration but it was absolutely worth it. I'm going to use them for my carpets at home.

They were prompt, professional and on time. The technician had a issue with the wand and told me it wasn't cleaning correctly and asked if he could leave to get a different van.
