Bernie (and his partner that day, I can’t remember his name??) was EXTREMELY knowledgable and knew how to take care of our rodent problem. He showed me several places where rodents have been entering our house, probably for many years. He took care of the points of entry, let me know where I needed to improve trap doors and crawl space access doors, and put out traps around the perimeter of my house. I am very please Lisa at Nor-Son referred him to me because now I will call Plunkett’s for all my Pest Control needs! I have set up a residential service and am very relieved to know everything will be taken care of. Thank you!!
I just met David for the first time and he did a great job explaining the service he was providing and gave me good feedback on how to keep my fur babies safe after treatment. I appreciated how personable he was as well as his friendly banter. I look forward to seeing him throughout many years to come!
Jeremy did a great job with mouse control around our home. He was very courteous and would give updates after each visit. Payment was a one-time charge despite him stopping by 4-5 times over a couple months.
