Bernie (and his partner that day, I can’t remember his name??) was EXTREMELY knowledgable and knew how to take care of our rodent problem. He showed me several places where rodents have been entering our house, probably for many years. He took care of the points of entry, let me know where I needed to improve trap doors and crawl space access doors, and put out traps around the perimeter of my house. I am very please Lisa at Nor-Son referred him to me because now I will call Plunkett’s for all my Pest Control needs! I have set up a residential service and am very relieved to know everything will be taken care of. Thank you!!

We saw Dr. Werner and she is amazing. I have been trying to get my child the help he needs for 2 years, but struggled to find a provider who listens. I was in tears when she validated my concerns and empathized with our plight. Dr. Werner is kind, compassionate, intelligent, and knowledgeable. The staff at Autonomy are very patient and helpful.
When i went for my operation the staff there were so helpful, kind, and compassionate. They never once made me feel uncomfortable and even when I had slight complications with the meds at the end they even the nurse walked me out to my car herself. It was a very loving experience and I'm so very happy this place stands for our rights ♡

Traci did our engagement photos for us. From our initial phone call all the way through to sending us the photo package, Traci explained the process to us clearly and without any surprises. While taking the photos, she helped us to feel relaxed and comfortable. She also generously shared her location expertise with us! We had general ideas about where we wanted the photos done, but she helped us narrow down our vision. We love how our engagement photos turned out and can't wait for Traci to photograph our wedding!!
Zerorez cleaned our office carpets. It's an old low pile commercial grade carpet that is at least 20 years old. I didn't have much hope they would look better; I just wanted them clean. Zerorez recommended a restoration instead of a regular steam clean. I was skeptical but tried it. The carpets look better than they have in 10 years. The deodorizer was a pleasant smell while they dried. The cost was a bit more for the restoration but it was absolutely worth it. I'm going to use them for my carpets at home.

I am low maintenance and somewhat indifferent about my hair. Stacey is accepting, kind, knowledgeable, and relaxed. She listens but does a nice job of bringing in experience to come to a decision together. I like the single chair, old building atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Moorhead Plumbing & Heating is the best! My basement drain backed up with stinky, dirty, standing water. I called and left a voicemail, I think it was not more than 30 minutes, they called back, and within 15, had arrived, quickly assessed the situation, and got to work. I was dreading the worst--excavation of my yard, replacement of my line, etc., but they had used their tools to remedy the situation and made sure everything drained properly. My parents, who owned this house before me, had been loyal customers of another company in town. I'm now a loyal customer of Moorhead Plumbing & Heating for the home's needs, moving forward. The professionalism with which they work, and that they left the affected area in the basement cleaner than when they arrived was a touch above the rest. Finally, I know if I'd used my parents' old company, the price would not have been as fair and reasonable as theirs, and I'd question the quality of the work--not so with Moorhead Plumbing & Heating! Five stars all the way! I'd give them ten, if it were an option! Thank you Moorhead Plumbing & Heating, not only did they fix a harrowing problem, they gave me the peace of mind of knowing who I'll be calling for any and all of my home's plumbing and HVAC needs down the road. And yes, I'm going to tell everyone I know that if they need a plumber, they need to call Moorhead Plumbing & Heating. Doing otherwise would be a disservice to their home.

Just wanted to take time to commend Grace and her Electrician crew(s). I property manage my daughters rental house in Fargo, ND from Cali, 1800 miles away. The times I have needed an electrician, I have contacted Grace. She is always quickly to respond via text and/or e-mail. The electrician(s) that have been scheduled on a call to the house have been professional and very knowledgeable and work in a safely manner.

Great work. Quick and professional. I only knock the rating down a star because it was less convenient to pay them for their stellar service. Was told we would receive an invoice in the mail instead of being able to pay day of service. Then when I received the invoice I tried to save a stamp and just drop off the check but was informed I could put it in their US Postal mailbox instead of having someone or a secure box to put my check in. It just seems like in today's age it could have been a little easier. But the actual work and workers were very nice and professional.

I know they aren't huge, but I used to actually not even own any lips until Megaan gave me some. The shape is perfect, and I feel much better about my appearance. I should have done this sooner. Megaan was super friendly and made me very comfortable with no pressure to do more than I asked for. I saw her for Botox in the past and was also very pleased with that. I highly recommend her and I will be back for more services in the future.

Pierson was a great therapist. He checked on pressure, made sure I was comfortable, and did a very thorough job. Carolyn has practiced craniosacral therapy for me and my son. It is light touch and no touch energy work. I saw amazing improvement and my young son started sleeping through the night after struggling with it for some time past developmentally normal. Great service and easy to book with.
They have a very relaxing atmosphere. they just added a fireplace that is very nice and cozy. Sophia just gave me a very good massage. very professional and friendly staff. I will definitely be going back.
