They're app , cashiers and management according to their Fuel Flex rewards card program and app is severely flawed. All of the Twin Cities locations and owners are essentially clueless when it comes to the treatment and rewards programs. The funny thing is, 5 years ago - everything worked. I bought gas, I accumulated 500 points, I got a free bottle of windshield wiper fluid . Not- it's convoluted, completely confusing and frustrating. No more free points or a freeze bottle of windshield washer fluid, just ignorance in ad nauseam. Still, better than most. But c'mon- DO BETTER! Fix your app and loyalty/ rewards card : LANCE, Mark Olson or Derrick. Thanks

Everything is great but i look at my card every time I go and see if I have enough to buy something but then the register took my money and I tried 3 times to make it work and it took my money and I can tell it took my money because I saw receipts but it said sale decline and I was wondering why because I knew i had money but it’s whatever I don’t know if i will ever go back their again, I’ve been going here for years and this never happen to me once.
