Lee and Jackie were wonderful. Called them after reading reviews online and am so glad I went with Cardinal Services. They were prompt and communicative, and shuffled their schedule around to fit in a tough cleanout job due to tree roots. Lee showed me the camera footage and thoroughly explained the issues he found at several points in the process, focused on fixing the issue rather than digging up the yard to replace the main sewer line, and walked through proper maintenance going forward. I’m looking forward to seeing them again in a couple years.

We had water backup in our basement from a tree root clogged sewer line, I called Bonfe who provided me a $7400 quote to excavate and replace 10 feet of sewer line. We reached out to cardinal for a quote and they let us know that our pipes did not need to be replaced. They were able to auger and clear our sewer line of roots in approximately 2hrs for literally less than 7% of what Bonfe quoted.
Impeccable workmanship.On time, efficient, perfectly clean up.. volunteered suggested cost saving measures .(Affordable rate) More importantly Lee and Jackie are fun smart intelligent people (even knew all about velocity banking)!. How many times can you say that you had fun having the plumber come over??
