Went last year and Dan wouldn’t come out of his place. Sat in the hallway for over an hour. A lady said that he was loosing clients because of this. We asked what do you recommend and she said is go somewhere else if I were you. We will never go back.
I waited in the hallway for 10 minutes past my appointment time before I went into the office to reschedule. I was led into Dan's office, where he proceeded to tell me that he didn't like my attitude and refused me service. Apparently all because I interrupted his chit-chat time. I have a job and work every day, so I don't have time to wait around while someone goofs off when they're supposed to be having an appointment with me. Would not recommend.
We have been coming here for a few years and Dan always remembers us when we walk in. Answers all my questions in plain English. He even follows up later to make sure I received my return on time.
