I went for urgent care. It was professional and efficient. My doctor spoke directly to me and showed me pictures to distinguish my rash. He was very helpful and professional. Thank you!
I went to this clinic for a Work physical.
The person working at the front desk was on the phone for about 10-15minutes which is Fine! I understand phone calls happen at clinics but after getting off the phone the front desk employee treated me as if I was a bother to him and he never even smiled once. He answered my questions in a monotone manner.
The doctors and nurses in the back were wonderful and super customer service orientated. That’s the only reason I gave this place a 3 star.
I was ill and worried when I was coming to-this clinic. They listened to me, did a lot of diagnostics, and gave me amazing guidance and prescriptions. They were kind, knowledgeable and polite. They have amazing doctors and great service.
