About Blueberry Pines
Blueberry Pines is an 18-hole championship golf course located eight miles south of Park Rapids, Minnesota. Designed by Joel Goldstrand, the course is open to the public and offers a scenic and enjoyable golfing experience. Players can enjoy views of towering trees, rolling hills, and a spring-fed stream. The course also features a family of mute trumpeter swans. In addition to the golf course, Blueberry Pines has a new pro-shop and a restaurant that is open year-round. The restaurant offers unique weekend specials, like the Manhattan Bleu Steak, and is praised for its delicious food and attentive service. Visitors often mention the nice setting, good food, and friendly wait staff. Many recommend the Italian lemon cake, which is highly praised. The menu includes dishes like chicken, waffle, and ribs. Customers especially enjoy the well-cooked ribs and tasty chicken and waffles, though some feel the ribs could use more seasoning and blueberry bbq for better flavor. The restaurant provides a pleasant dining experience alongside the scenic golf course. Some guests hope to see house-made walleye cakes return, as they used to be a favorite. Overall, the place is appreciated for its friendly atmosphere, good food, and scenic views.
Pleasant place near golf course with nice views while dining. Our family almost always orders the walleye which is delicious. They used to have house made walleye cakes which we loved... maybe they will bring them back to the menu!
Beautiful course, in great shape and fun Joel Goldstrand layout. Convenient to play if driving up to Park Rapids area from the Twin Cities. Friendly staff in the golf shop was helpful when visiting for the first time. Can't wait to go back!
Was there for a golf outing course with an excellent shape and enjoyable to play felt it was very fair nothing too unusual or tricky and the Death Valley holes were challenging but not horrible
Only knock was we had a group of 20 on a Friday afternoon and they only had one cart girl on the course
