I had a remarkably positive experience yesterday 7/8/25. It was actually the first time i EVER brought my 4 y/o for a haircut. I was nervous about it all day. When we arrived, we were greeted by a phenomenal male hair stylist. He was so good with my son, doing magic the entire haircut, played Tom and Jerry on his Ipad during the haircut.
I just wanted to say that i was overwhelmed with how positive this experience was. Thank you SO MUCH for how good you guys are with kids. We will be back for more haircuts here!!

So I happened to be in the salon the day that Ann, (customer complaint below) was there. The part of the story that Ann forgot to mention is that for no absolute reason she picked a fight with another customer in the lobby. Why did the fight happen? Well because, the wait list was long, and the customer came in just as 2 hair stylist finished up. Ann became jealous of the fact that this customer would be able to jump ahead of the list becauseAnn son and this customerwere the only one present. I checked in online and only had to wait 2 minutes upon arrival. Irina did a fantastic job with my cut. (I would go back to her again in a heartbeat.) I showed her a photo of what I had in mind, and she was very thorough - def knew what she was doing. It’s honestly one of the favorite cuts I’ve ever had - including at places that charge more than 2x the price.
