Randy did a fantastic job on our garage floor! We were in process of moving to the area and I found him via Google Reviews and his great rating did not disappoint! He was extremely professional and great at communicating with me on the project from start to finish, and most importantly he did a really great job. I would highly recommend Randy if you are looking to have your garage or shop floors finished.

Our garage had previously been coating when it was new in 2007 by the previous owners (either a DIY or old epoxy technology) and the floor was peeling up and wouldn't wash clean. I received 3 bids to strip off the old floor and install a new one and all were very close. I went with Randy from Permanent Coating Solutions because a relative had used them and been very happy. They weren't wrong. Randy is excellent at communicating throughout the process. His crew showed up on time and cleaned everything up like they were never there. The floor looks amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to use Permanent Coating Solutions.

I don’t usually post reviews but I had to publicly commend Permanent Coating Solutions on an excellent job! Randy and crew exceeded our expectations. See before and after photos below of my garage floor. It looks fantastic!! Randy was extremely prompt with his communication, punctual, and thorough with the work that needed to be done. We had an excessive amount of house settling and therefore, large deep cracks in our garage floor. Randy did everything he could do to prep our floor perfectly so the floor coating could be done properly. I would highly recommend Permanent Coating Solutions and Randy to anyone!
